Event services stamp card: Buy 10 - get the 11th free.

From 2025 we are offering an AVAP Official Stamp Card. This card may only be used for event services and does not cover the following products & services: Venue services & products, permanent installations of any kind, AVAP XR or AVAP Spaces. Any event services purchased must state that they are included as a part of the AVAP Official Stamp Card offer. You can find this statement on the service's page on the AVAP website. If a service does not have this declaration then it is not a part of the AVAP Official Stamp Card offer. 

This stamp card is for Event Services only: Project management, Technical, Event co ordination, Design, Hospitality & Entertainment. 

You may use your stamp card for business and personal purchases as long as they are in line with the terms and conditions of the stamp card.

The value of the purchase must be the same i.e. if purchasing Project management - the fee must be the same when purchasing Project management consecutively.

You may own more than one AVAP Official Stamp Cards (one for each event service offered within the parameters of these terms and conditions).

This offer will run indefinitely. Any changes made to the terms and conditions will be made here. Should this stamp card terminate before you are able to get a free 11th product you will be entitled to the terms and conditions of the stamp card directly prior to its termination until you reach the promotions gift of a free 11th event service from the date of termination to exactly 365 days later at midnight on the 365th day. 

The terms and conditions will either remain here on the website or they can be emailed to you or given to you to download them. 

All stamp cards can not be exchanged or given to any other person or business. We will issue you points to your stamp card after verifying your details using the details you haven given to us when purchasing an event service. 

We will ask you if you would like to be given an Official Stamp Card before initialising you. When you accept an Official Stamp Card from us we will store your details relating to the stamp card for the duration of your stamp card. 

Should you wish to terminate your stamp card and/or remove your personal details - please contact us at techs@avarchitectpro.com and we will immediately and permanently delete all details relating to you, your business and stamp card. Once doing this we will no longer be able to issue you any rewards in relation to your stamp card. 

We will not contact you regarding your stamp card with any marketing materials unless it is for the sole purpose of updating you regarding any terms and conditions or important information. 

Should you wish to not be contacted at all regarding your stamp card you will not be eligible for a stamp card as we must by law be able to contact you regarding any legal updates.
